What We Do
Idhu Namma Avadi is a social enterprise – formed by a group of volunteers with an objective to inspire every Avadian to be socially responsible. We work in 5 areas, like Education, Environment, Health, Women Empowerment and Sports. Our vision is to create a sustainable change in our neighborhood.

Empowering the women of every house would change the living standards of the home.
Health –
Better Living Standards
Creating an awareness, conducting a series of health camps to add value to the living standards of every person living in the neighborhood of Avadi.
Education –
Education for All
Looking for every opportunity to make Avadi 100 percent literate. Education is the biggest assest of all.
We help the school kids realise their strength and potential through sports. We help them to develop leadership skills and practice them for life.

Clean Avadi

Clean Avadi (Thooimai Avadi ) – A project that supports the Avadi Municipal Corporation to make Avadi a clean city. This is a continuous project that bring an awareness to the entire public of Avadi on effective waste disposal.
Child Safety & Protection

It is recorded that for every 15 minutes, a child is sexually abused in our country. INA supported a walkathon organized by Nazareth College to bring an awareness on the same.

Green Avadi ( Pasumai Avadi )
– 15th August 2020
- Green Avadi ( Pasumai Avadi ) – a project to make Avadi green. It is proposed to identify 50 locations in Avadi and 100 volunteers in each location. Each volunteer would be provided with a tree sampling and he/she would be accountable for the next 3 years for its growth.
