40 women from different Self Help Group of Avadi were empowered with tailoring skill and received their certificates today!! Thanks to Srujna, Mumbai and IDF Chennai for the project to empower women of Avadi. They would be starting their stitching work soon to create “Plastic Free Avadi” by replacing plastic covers with cloth bags stitched by these women.
